Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the microfibre products you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
